INTRODUCTION
Nooridaz Bakery Enterprise is an indigenous company that does business based on foods production. Bakery products are warmly received in the market.  In fact, it is a business that can give high returns if using an effective marketing strategy.  Food products such as bread and biscuits become the preferred choice for those who are busy and want something that can save time and healthy at the same time. In addition, food products such as pastry, muffins and etc. are also well received.  These items are consumed by people of all age groups in society.  A good pastry is light and airy, easily broken in the mouth (what is Called 'short' eating), but firm enough to support the weight of the filling. The dough must be mixed well.  Thus, the manufacture of good pastry is something of a fine art.  Therefore, it is an area with potential for Luck.

MISSIONS
Mission the establishment of Nooridaz Bakery Enterprise was to become one of the major bakery companies in Malaysia using the following approach:
1)      Provides products with quality that can attract customer to try the product and become regulars’ customer.
2)      Goods service and build a good connection with customer.
3)      Minimize the sales force and maximize our effectiveness.

STRATEGIES
To ensure Nooridaz Bakery Enterprise can compete in the current market, relevant strategies are planned well.  This is because, without goods strategies and marketing plans, this company will never achieve their mission and will easily go down.
There are 10 main areas or accentuation in operation management of the company.  Operation management are really important in every type of business either it was in services or manufacturing field.

PRODUCT DESIGN
Nooridaz Bakery Enterprise involved in the manufacturing and service field. For the manufacturing field, we produce different kinds of bread, cakes, cookies, muffins, cupcakes and a variety of food-based bakery. Each product produced is based on the market demand that we get through the field survey. A survey was conducted to ensure that each product is produced compatible with customer expectations. Each product produced will be decorated with a simple but charming decoration to attract customers to try the product. Customers who come to our stores can choose whether to buy a product that has been prepared and displayed in the shop or make a reservation for any event to be executed. Each booking must be made ​​at least 2 days before the product is taken. For each booking, a deposit of 30% -50% of the price will be imposed to prevent customers cancelling their orders. All cancelled bookings, deposits will not be refunded.
For services field, we provide advisory and bakery courses for those who want learn about the proper techniques in food preparation. We also provide services such as event management for thanksgiving ceremony, birthday celebration and so forth.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Quality is very important in the production of a product.  This is because a good quality company is able to maintain the reputation among the consumer.  To gain the trust of customers is not easy by any food preparation must take into account the aspect of cleanliness, taste, fresh products as well as the physical properties of either attractive or not.
To ensure that the products are quality, the materials to be used are derived from a reliable manufacturer. All the materials used should be based on halal products and get approval from JAKIM.  Quality of materials used is important to ensure, taste and texture of the resulting pastry appropriate and suits with customer taste.  Material quality will cause the tastes and textures of the pastry do not meet the standards set.  Not only that, it will cause a perishable product produced.
For aspects of customer service, the costumer always right concept practiced to ensure that customers are satisfied with the service provided.  Workers are sent for short courses in cooking and customer service to ensure that every question asked by the customer will be well answered and customer also satisfied with the service provided. This is one of the effective marketing tools.

PROCESS DESIGN
For process design, firstly, all the processes involved are identified. The processes involved are the preparation of materials, manufacturing, storage and display, selling to the customer, and feedback. Manufacturing process for each of the products vary by type of product produced. Fundamental process for each product is dough, baking and decoration.
LOCATION
In determining the appropriate location for business development, several aspects need to be examined. This is because if no appropriate site selection, business conducted difficult to get a response. The main aspect in determining business location is:
1)      The consumers and the market.
-          They prefer locations where concentrations of people such as office areas, shopping mall and so on.
2)      Transport system
-          Good transport system can increase users' access to the store. This will make it easier for users who do not have a vehicle to go to the store. In addition, the employees to go to work easily. Good road structure will facilitate the needs of the supplier to deliver the goods.
3)      The size and cost of the site.
-          Store size should be taken regardless of whether it matches the operation to be carried out later. Sizes who want to open stores also depend on the budget and capital.

LAYOUT DESIGN
Store layout is designed to facilitate business operations are conducted. Usually, each design should take care the safety and smoothness of a operation movement. It will speed up the process of manufacturing a product.  Store will be divided into 3 parts, namely, kitchen, store and display areas.  The kitchen is preparing food store is the repository, and exhibition space is a place to sell the finished product.  Design of each room is different according to the requirements, functionality and safety factors.

HUMAN RESOURCES
For human resources, because of Nooridaz Bakery Enterprise was a small organization, so the workers needed not that many.  Management of the organization are controlled by the owner.  Jobs descriptions for this organization are:
1)      2 Cashier – take care of the cash flow and the transaction
2)      3 Shop assistant – take care of the decorative and layout of the shop such as where to put the product that want to be sell to customer. Not only that, they will treat the customer and suggest what is suitable to them if necessary.
3)      4 kitchen helper – help in making product like cakes, muffin and so on. This kitchen helper also will conduct the short course if needed.

SUPLY-CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Supply chain management consists of the 5 key areas of plan, source, make, deliver and return. First of all, we must plan materials to be used and sold to consumers. The materials needed are various types of flour, butter, eggs, various types of sugar, yeast, sodium bicarbonate, cream, and so on.  The quantity of each material to be used and how much product will be produced to be planned properly.  In supplier selection, among the factors that should be identified is a price comparison, range and quality to ensure that the prices obtained in accordance with the quality and service. The second is the source. Raw material obtained must be supplied by an honest and concerned about quality. In business, transparency is essential for the survival of cooperation between suppliers and organizations involved. Manager should also establish a payment and delivery method items to ensure everything goes smoothly. The third is the make. This step is the production process in which each will be planned and scheduled activities such as production, packaging, testing and marketing. The next step is the receiver. This step is usually called as logistics where the company will accept orders from customers or based on current market demand, developing the warehouse, shipping and payment process. The latter is problematic and return of goods did not meet quality standards.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Inventory management is the process of efficiently overseeing the constant flow of units into and out of an existing inventory. This process usually involves controlling the transfer in of units in order to prevent the inventory from becoming too high, or dwindling to levels that could put the operation of the company into risks. Competent inventory management also seeks to control the costs associated with the inventory, both from the perspective of the total value of the goods included.
To control the flow in and out of inventory, management must make the right decisions to avoid wastage and leakages of cash flow. Matters taken into consideration in the management of inventory are:
1)      The amount of raw materials will be provided
2)      When booking will be made
3)      How information / stock information should be stored
Inventory management are not only for raw material but also for all machineries that occupied in the store.

SCHEDULING
Operations scheduling forms is a very important part and acts as the back – bone for the performance of the manufacturing or the service organizations. With the help of the operations scheduling, two very important factors or the aspects of the resources within an organization that can be pertained are allocating the resources within an organization and setting up the time table.
If the operations scheduling is carried out in an efficient manner, then there occurs a considerable improvement in the performance in the delivery. Also helps in the achievement of the goals that have been set by the company. Efficient operations scheduling play a very critical part in the reduction of the production lead times.

MAINTENANCE

Every successful organization must have an effective maintenance system and able to deal with the problem effectively.  For my organization, 3 main parts that need to be addressed are utilities, machinery and human resources.  Each item that is used has a different way of maintenance. First of all, individual or electrical repair company identified to enable rapid action to repair the damaged machine. In addition, the employee will be given basic knowledge on how to properly use each machine to ensure that it is durable and they will be teach on how to repair simple damage to cut the costs.

sedih, tension, sakit hati semua ada... bertungkus lumus menyiapkan assignment (selang seli main game..hihihihi) akhirnya asignment tak diterima...dia tak nak accept...oh my lecturer, why?

hujung minggu lepas yang 2 3 hari nie...hari ahad n sabtu ada camping...kononnya takut xsempat nak siapkan buat dulu lah sebelum pergi, tapiiii tak sempat jugak nak siapkan...ada 4 area OM lagi xbuat...xde idea nak karang dah....nak merenung jauh pandang skrin komputer pun xguna...

dah tu, pergilah camping...balik camping petang ahad tu, for sure tido dulu,...malam tu buat, sambung lagi...dah buat malam, siapnye tengah malam ler, printer plak xde nak print kat mana kan.....esok dah ler kelas kul 8pgi....

dengan debaran penuh didada neh, moga ada sedikit harapan dan sedikit simpati " sir, can i submit the assignment a bit later...after the class...i haven't print it yet" dan my lecturer said "NO, THE TIME IS NOW".. zupppppp, jatuh, remuk hatiku ini....

dengan tekad membara, lepas kelas nak jugak hantar, print then pergi bilik SIR SHAH,dengan coursemate. owhhhh, my lecturer came from iran, speaking sikit lah, cakap melayu melopongkan lecturer kesayangan neh...dengan lafaz Basmalah,

aku :"sir, i wanted to submit the assignment", 
sir : "sorry, i cant accept it"
aku: "but sir, please sir"
sir : "sorry, if accept it then it will be unfair to ur other friend, i said no to them also..

dalam hati neh, lantak lah ngan diorang...jahat gak aku neh..kikiki....tapi mmg pun, ramai kot class mate aku yang terlibat ngan camping tu, ada gak lah yang dah siap awal2, or buat lepas balik then terus print...mungkin diorang ada printer...

lepas adegan pujuk memujuk lebih kurang 5 minit, citer pasal g camping kat sir, and the result is still no....KEKECEWAAN MELANDA DIRI.. 

hurmmmmmmmmmm, but think it positively...amik pengajaran kat situ...sape suruh xsiapkan awal2....banyak sangat main nye, sir dah bagitaw due datenye kan.....so next time prepare awal2 k.....
